To Hell With Employers Refusing to Hire the Unemployed

A former co-worker once told me that those "hidden" ads in craigslist.org were really heavy hitters like AT&T, Time Warner, etc.  My defense was why don't they just say who they are because I don't send my personal info to any random person.  I've had bad luck with the state employment job system(CALJOBS) where I registered, applied online and next thing you know, someone with really bad grammar or obviously inexperienced person was giving me a phone interview.  It's not pleasant, as my grandmother would say.

Now, mega-employers like Sony-Ericcson are not seeing anyone who is currently unemployed .  I could see it if we were not in a recession and these companies chose too weed out the chronically unemployed or job hoppers.  And with craigslist becoming more popular, no telling who else in on board but they can kick rocks as far as I'm concerned.

With everything in today's world being so unstable compared to the previous generation, it's like an ugly, fat, broke dude with no personality wanting a traditional wife who makes six figures and looks like Halle or Cindy Crawford - IT AIN"T GONNA HAPPEN, PAL.  Save your time and $ and come back down to earth!  Also take time out to read up on the new tax breaks companies get when they HIRE the unemployed.
